What inspired this wish list request?
My group has a JMP Live data table that refreshes daily using a refresh script. This script uses PI tags to pull data from our PI servers. Currently all of the tags (roughly 500 of them) are in a list at the beginning of the refresh script that is used to make the data pull. In addition to the tags themselves, there are also lists with information about the tags (Name, pull method, grouping information, etc).
Because of the list format, it is incredibly cumbersome to add or modify tags and it is also more prone to error. It would be nice if there was another table hosted in JMP Live that had all of the tag data we currently have stored in lists. We could then reference this table in our main data table's refresh script to get all the information we need. This would reduce the size and complication of our script and allow us to have a centralized list of tags.

The ability to reference other data tables that are hosted in JMP Live from a JMP Live refresh script
Why is this idea important?
It would allow for streamlined refresh scripts as well as a level of interactivity between JMP Live data tables.
