Something like the options in Tables/Subset:
At least: there should be a warning message like:
you are using column formulas with reference to other rows. It's very likely that the result of this Query Builder is wrong. Please take case to disable the formulas - or remove them.
Why is this idea important?
The interplay of Query Builder and Formula Columns can be toxic.
The new feature will save users from creating wrong results.
The existence of the options will help the user.
