New default for graph builder smoother element

What inspired this wish list request?

I use the local kernal smoother method more than the spline method but there is no way to set that to the default at this time

What is the improvement you would like to see?

 I would like to see there be an option for default method along with the current options of spline parameters (so under the continuous smoother check box have a drop down menu for default smoother method)

Why is this idea important?

With the newer smoother methods the spline fit may not be the best default for all users and without the ability to broadcast methods across all smoother charts this can become burdensome to switch over to the preferred method each time.
