What inspired this wish list request?
Tabulate is the easiest and cleanest way to get raw data into JMP live. The problem is that every person who I share the JMP live report with (most are NOT JMP users) want to be able to interact with the tabulated report in a manner similar to a pivot table in excel where each column can be sorted by ascending or descending. This seems like a very reasonable request, as there are many cases where you may care about one column more than another.
What is the improvement you would like to see?
I would like to be able to sort tabulate reports by any column by clicking on the column header.
Why is this idea important?
Getting JMP Live adopted into our facility has been an uphill battle, especially when trying to share data from the engineering teams to the operations teams. Most of the people who interact with JMP Live are not JMP users and have certain expectations of how to interact with a data table. In my opinion, being able to sort by column is basic functionality that JMP Live needs to increase ease of use.
