Notebooks are great the clarify algorithms or functions to the user. Equations can help to get good insights. This is currently not supported (i.e. in JMP 19 and before)
Please learn from Jupyter and stay close to what users know already. Please add ways to create equations.
It makes full sense for a high-end numerical/modeling platform, like JMP-pro.
