JMP 19: Change Default Column Search from "Contains Phrase"

I just upgraded to JMP 19.  Now every table that I open I have to click the little drop down box next to the Filter text box on the column pane and select "Contains Terms" instead of "Contains Phrase".

Please add a Preference to se the default Column Search to one of the options other than "Contains Phrase".

FYI: "Contains Terms" was the default up to now.

The new options are cool, but changing the default from one version to another : why ?!?

YES, A setting in the preferences will be very helpful!

Please also add a preference for "Match All terms" - just imagine how powerful the function will get with Match all terms disabled!

Hi @Sarah-Sylvestre , are the topics "Preferences for the Filter mode" and "preferences for Match all Terms" added to the internal JIRA tracking?

I would like this to be changed back (or have a default preference added) for this as well.

Would love an option to always treat the entry as regex!

I always use the "Regular Expression" option, it is bothersome to always aim for that tiny little triangle... I would love the option to persistently customize that selection

Please use "contains Term" as default
