What inspired this wish list request?
Disabling all initial pop-up promts requires replacing a user appdata file and editing a registry setting. It would be very helpful if this was all set via registry.

Why is this idea important?
As an administrator, this is a very common need for software deployed en masse in a lab environment. Minimizing the amount of time it takes users to get to software.
