File -> Open dialog follows the path of the window that currently has focus, if it was opened from a file ( i.e. not an un-saved file )

For example, I navigate to a network share and import a .csv file. Later, I'm working on a script previously opened from a location on my local machine. Now I want to open another script. File ->Open dialog comes up at the location I previously used ( the network share) and I have to navigate back to my local machine and local script location. Request is for File -> Open() to follow the location of the window that currently has focus in JMP, if it was opened from a file location, Many text editors ( eg Notepad++ ) do this
