Factor Settings for Profiler as a Column property

I'd like to be able to assign the min and max values from the factor settings as a column property.  This shows up when you right click on a factor in the profiler while holding down control.  This allows the user to lock in the range over which the optimizer will work and is more flexible than the lock factor option, however it is cumbersome to have to reenter it on each profiler.
