Deconvolution using combination of gaussian curves

Hello,

I know there has been similar posts and requests on this topic, sorry about that.

Some applications (e.g. in spectroscopy analysis) require doing signal deconvolution using a simple combination of multiple gaussians (see capture attached). I have seen alternatives suggested here (by using the distribution plateform, or with PLS). Does it mean that the multiple gaussians fit method will never be implemeted in JMP (or in a custom add-in)?

Thanks

Best Regards

Thank you @dp30 , this is something we're working on in the next release (using a parametric nonlinear model to do the convolution). Stay tuned!
