What is the improvement you would like to see? add preference and option to CSV import to prevent guessing the date format
Why is this idea important? it is hard to tell it is wrong; dates may get corrupted
@julian - the open(...csv) uses a guess that can get the wrong answer if there are no dates in a column that are unambiguously DMY, 14/3/2024 is unambiguous but 12/3/2024 is not. The guess will be MDY if there is no date with a month>12.
