Allow users to add statistics like Mode to the Statistics function in Table Summary

The Summary function is not flexible enough for users to be able to calculate various statistics (for e.g. Mode) using the group-by method, making it a pain in the neck to use. Other software packages like R and Python can easily allow the function to be performed on group-by data.
