A Column Property "Reference Value"

Create a new Column Property "Reference Value" for Nominal/Ordinal Columns, which will be used for platforms like Fit Model.

Currently, it's not easy to predict which value will be used as a reference. (This is determined either by Value Ordering or alphabetical order of values, but it's confusing for beginners and cumbersome for advanced users.)
