You can change text sizes in JMP without using Preferences.

To increase all font sizes by one point:

Select View > Make Text Bigger.

Or, hold down the command key and type +.

To decrease all font sizes by one point:

Select View > Make Text Smaller.

Or, hold down the command key and type -.
