Hi all,
Share a very simple script for wafer map drawing, and it is running like normal heatmap;
1) open data table with X/Y coordinates and parameters to be analyzed;
2) run this script and select coordinates and parameters;
3) click OK button to run;
You can modify the graph buider part script to make the graphs as you like;
