The purpose of this script is to demonstrate the application of fractional random weight bootstrap with a highly censored data set. I was very impressed with the talk given by Prof. Meeker and Chris Gotwalt at this year's Discovery Summit. Unfortunately, I don't have JMP PRO so I modified an existing sample script to perform the fractional random weight bootstrap. Looking for feedback.
