This add in has a simple script that allows you to enter specification limits, ICC and Bias for your measurement system, process mean and Cp, unit revenue, and units produced. (Unit revenue is how much revenue selling one unit will produce. This includes both the cost to manufacture the unit and the profit.) Several plots and and two tables are produced. This script is intended to help people understand the costs of poor measurements systems.
