AFOTEC Conservative Power Tool for Test and Evaluation

This application changes the computation for effect power from a least to a most conservative estimation. It was designed to reduce risk, increase resources and allow for extra noise within a system under test. It will also allow for the generation of power curves (graphically displaying power as a function of signal to noise ratio (SNR)).
