Obligation to purchase license via the site

Hello JMP community,

I have been a JMP user for over a year now and would like to continue using it.
Unfortunately, since this year, a change in license management requires me to pay for a new license through the JMP website. My company's policy (financial service level rule) prohibits me from paying for a software license via my credit card. So I am currently stuck...

So I'm wondering if anyone in the community has had the same problem and if so, how did you resolve it?

The best thing would be to contact your jmp sales contact.

I believe a bank transfer is possible (but I may be wrong).

Hello Maxime, thank you for your message. A member of the sales team is already working with Constellium on this renewal and will contact you directly today. Guillaume is quite right a bank transfer is also possible to purchase JMP Licences via our store

There is a possibility to pay on the site without a credit card, but it is by bank debit authorization (not money transfer). Regarding payment, the critical difference is that the money is pulled by JMP and not pushed by the customer, which is usually not accepted by French companies. An alternative JMP proposed to us is to use a third party with lower accounting standards, but this usually generates extra costs and more complexity.

For this year, I negotiated with my company to pay by credit card.

After discussion with the JMP sales team, I understand that for next year, the possibility of paying with an order will be available (as before). So I'm going to close this subject
