oci question

Hello, I am looking for an example of how to connect to oracle data with JMP 16 via oci.

I have seen notes indicating that it is a far faster connection.

In JMP 16, the only way to connect to Oracle is through ODBC. JMP 19.1 and later (like JMP 20 EA) has significant oracle ODBC performance improvements.

JMP 20 EA also  introduces a driver-less connection to Oracle using the Data Connector framework. Exporting back into Oracle using the diver-less connection is coming, but hasn't arrived yet as of the lasest EA.
