is it possible to have both the mean and the std dev showing at the same time? thank you

You can simply add a second Caption Box and specify a new statistic to be displayed

It's also worth noting that customizing both the contents of and position of the caption boxes in graph builder has had an overhaul in JMP 17. This makes adding tabulation to plots incredibly easy, see the example below for an example
