Re: correlation plot

Hi @anurudh_palla,

Welcome in the Community !

The easiest option to do a correlation map/scatterplot matrix is to use the Multivariate platform. You can find an example on how to use it here : https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/18.1/#page/jmp/example-of-the-multivariate-platform.shtml#ww3858...

Select simply all the variables you want to see in the correlation map and scatterplot matrix, and launch the platform : https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/18.1/#page/jmp/launch-the-multivariate-platform.shtml#ww141062

Note that you can also do it "manually" by using Graph Builder platform and display your variables in X and Y axis. Using Ellipse, you can display correlation coefficient : https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/18.1/#page/jmp/ellipse.shtml#ww662778

Hope this answer will help you,

Re: correlation plot

Victor has given you the options.  The question I have is regarding the data type of your "2 fixture".  If the "2 fixture" is categorical, then you can't do Pearson correlations.  There are non parametric correlations:
