What Q value should be used in screening outliers?

While doing Explore Outliers, the following window pop-up. Should the Q and Tail Quantile values be changed for different applications? Thank you.

In my opinion changing those values is entirely up to you. Domain knowledge and specific goals and requirements for the enumerative or analytic study should guide this decision and subsequent actions.
