Hello, Does anyone know where can I get definitions of TH Weibull parameters - what is location, threshold, location, etc?

Select Help > JMP Help. Enter "Weibull threshold" in the search box and press enter. You will find several useful hits but the concise details are found under Reliability and Survival Methods > Introduction to Reliability and Survival > Life Distribution > Technical Details > Distributions.
