Video embed in journal

Hello guys,

I wanted to know if there is any method to include videos in jmp journal ( like embed video and click on it to play). if not journal is there any other alternative to play video using jmp interfaces (like using jmp project or jmp application). Kindly guide

What type of video do you have (you might be able to convert it to animation)? Where is it stored (you could embed it to web browser box)? Does it have sound?

Thanks for the web browser box idea. This would suffice for attching my videos into journal. But if possible could you please clarify the following

1. If video is present in my local folder.. web browser() works with the local path link ... what to do if i want to package video along with the journal ?

2. Is there any easy interface to design such jounrals(applicaiton builder or any other) instead of scripting long code 

or is there any open resources to aceess source code of scripts like JMP beginner tutorial (Help -> Tutorials -> Beginners Tutorial)

1. It might work if you create a zip and store them in same folder

2. You can most likely find the script for beginner tutorial from JMP installation folder. I don't have JMP version older than 18 and it doesn't have that menu item, so I'm not sure where it could be located (I would guess inside \<JMPVERSION>\Resources\Builtins folder).

Thanks for reply. I got a idea to work on that. Instead of creating a zip maybe i am thinking of making a jmp addin with all videos in the "Additional files column" and path referenced in the script.
