Surface Plot- Increase the size of the text and numbers separately / change the background grid color

Hi, everyone,

I have a problem with the surface plot. The point is that I want to change the size of the axis labels and the number labels. I know you can change it under "settings" and "text Size", but the size of the lettering and the numbers change together. I would like to have a change in the size of the numbers other than the labeling of the axis. If both sizes are changed together, the proportions of both labels no longer match, i.e. the label becomes too big and the number is still too small. Is it even possible that both sizes are adjustable independently?

And a second question, is it possible to change the color of the background grid? If so, how can I change that?
I would be very happy for your help.

I'm pretty sure you've found the only control for the font size.

You can double click the axis labels and change them to blank if they are not required to identify the axes.
