Some Query Builder Files are having issues opening

Hello JMP Community,

 

I am currently experiencing some frustrating issues with my query builder files.  All files are connected to the same Data Source yet some open and others don't. This just started happening today.  The files that don't open pop this message: "The following source tables for the query were not found in the data source. All query components that refer to columns in these tables will be removed from the query." The message then shows a list of all tables that are in the query.

 

Additionally, I am able to use query builder to create queries just fine but when I save and exit, the same alert message pops up when I try to reopen it.

 Please help! this is super frustrating.

Perhaps the first step on diagnosing this would be to determine if the database structure has changed. Are you able to do these exact queries manually from the Query Builder?
