Semiconductor Toolkit Add-In

Hello,

I just started looking at the Semiconductor Toolkit Add-In, and I think it could be very useful for me.  Is there any documentation on how to use it or a tutorial?

I have 840 measurements, and I would like to put the actually numbers into the wafer map.  These 840 measurements actually don't cover ALL of the full die, so how can I add the values to their specific locations?

Thanks, Natalie

Re: Semiconductor Toolkit Add-In

So I was successful making a wafer map using the graph builder.  I followed the solution from this post:  https://community.jmp.com/t5/Discussions/wafer-map/m-p/10548#M10211

Is there a way to change the bin range in graph builder?
