Relative Std Error of Estimate

Hi,

I'm a little bit confused by the explanation of "Relative Std Error of Estimate" in JMP documentation

Evaluate Design Window

It states that "The Relative Std Error of Estimate gives the ratio of the variance of a parameter’s estimate to the error standard deviation.", but looking at the formula given below that sentence it looks like to me that it should be "the ratio of the standard deviation of parameter's estimate to the error standard deviation" ?

Is this correct or I don't understand something?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Relative Std Error of Estimate

Good catch - you are correct. I'll pass this on to the documentation team to have it corrected.
