New to PLS and confused as to the following: when I run the PLS and ask for results  for two factors, I  get two rows for each Y (in this case metabolites). 

I must  be interpreting the results wrong, as I do not expect two rows for each metabolite, with a total of four different scores, two apparently corresponding to each factor.
