Mortality Data Analysis

I may be overthinking this but I am looking for a way to analyze feeding assay response data. I had two groups, Control and Treated. I had 50 samples in each control and treated groups. I took mortality responses at 48 hours and categorized by either alive (A) or dead (D). I am trying to show the correct statistical significance of how many were alive in the treated group after 48 hours thereby noting that there is an issue of resistance to the product. Help is greatly appreciated. An example data set is attached.

Re: Mortality Data Analysis

Hi @KIrishGH : The options would be to look at proportions for each Treatment separately, or to compare treatment proportions.

I've added an example of each of those options to the attached.
