JMP student edition download link not found

My annual subscription has expired and I need to update to JMP 18, however the download link for the student edition brings me to a page that says the URL cannot be found. Can anyone help?

Hi. Please try downloading the software again through My JMP.

 

If the issue persists, please open a case with JMP Support.
