Is 'standard least squares' in JMP 'fit model' platform the same as Ordinary least squares?

We are troubleshooting some inconsistencies in model fitting between JMP and python. One thing we've run into is that most of the python documentation refers to ordinary least squares, and I couldn't find anything in the JMP documentation referring ordinary least squares, in most places it is referred to as 'least squares' or 'standard least squares.

A bit of semantic hunting across statsexchange only left me more confused, I'm wondering if anyone can chime in - are these different? What is JMP using?

Yes, ordinary least squares regression is the same as standard least squares (fitting personality) from the Fit Model launch dialog.

Which statistics aren't matching up?

And how are you calculating them? (which package and version number)
