For what purpose are you trying to define LSL and USL)? For visualization purposes in JMP? If they are for specification limits they are not usually calculated but come from design, tool limitations, customer requirements, ... and so on. 

 

JMP's distribution platform does offer confidence intervals, prediction intervals and tolerance intervals which all have their own use cases. You can find these documented from JMP Help page, Tolerance Interval as an example
