How do add a save as option on a button press?

Hi all, I was looking to press a button to change a files format (.STDF to .JMP) and save that in the same directory as the .STDF file. How could I achieve this?

Re: How do add a save as option on a button press?

What product are you using to read the STDF data?  Native JMP does not have an STDF importer.  There are some 3rd party products, and some companies have written their own importers.

Also, different types of data can be extracted from STDF.  More than one JMP data table might be generated.

Once the statements are determined for the STDF importer, adding them to a a new JMP window's button box is really a simple process.
