Hi,

 

How is sum of squares (SS) of each effects calculated in DOE parameter estimate table?

any simple 2-3 factors DOE example to share?

Following your explanation, I did some exploration and noticed that ANOVA could give quite different outcomes depends on the data types. Even the values of these data are the same, but assigned with different types, say categorical or continuous, the outcomes are different.
