Bring Window to Front not working .. also window won't close... need solution quick

Here is my code

I have run your code, and I am not seeing the issue with "Bring Window to Front".  The window is brought to the front, and then your Modal window opens on top of it, which should be expected.  If you don't want that, then you need to move the window to a position away from the plotobj location.

What is incorrect is your Close() function.  What you want is:

plotobj << close window;
