Can you help me how to generate Boxplots like this?

Use Graph Builder (click Graph --> Graph Builder)
You can drag & drop the data at Y-axis & the group/factor at X-axis.
Default graph is "Jitter plot". Press "Shift" key & click the "Box-plot".
You can change the Jitter style if you want.
Modify the Y-axis setting if needed.
