Real Estate prices are soaring high all over the globe. Although the author is an engineer in semiconductor industry; nothing related to this type of field in real estates, he tries to show how convenient JMP can be to make use of public data from government and produce some basic visualization of data by geo mapping of shapefiles. With application of shapefile, we can extend this to engineering (defect analysis over wafermap, hardware configurations as background map, etc.) and many others.
