In this project JMP is the tool allowing quick data handling and analysis for fast decision making and project steering.
After merging and aggregating data from all process steps and ERP, tools like Pareto Chart, Contingency Analysis, Principal Component Analysis or Gage R & R have been very useful to draw axes of improvement from our whole assembly process.
