Analyzing the Root of a Web Request Timeout Failure
A simple test for a JMP utility to open a zip archive was failing consistently on the Macintosh test machine, but not the Windows test machine. Diagnosing the point of failure entailed gathering data and analyzing it in JMP. The data and the graphs showed what the problem was, and also showed that the fix made did in fact fix the problem. This is an interesting poster for anyone who with data, a problem to solve, and a penchant for informative graphs.
