Your New Community Super Users

icon-super-user-burgundy.pngWe rely on our members to make the JMP User Community a valuable resource for JMP users around the world whether it's through answering questions, contributing an Add-In, or writing a blog post. There are a few members the Community relies on heavily - our Super Users. Super Users exemplify the best aspects of a community: they are helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. 

To recognize these special individuals within our Community, we have (re-)established the JMP User Community Super Users program.  In addition to the public honor of the "Super User" designation, participants are given tools that help them to expand their Community leadership. 

Our Super Users are chosen by the JMP User Community managers based on several factors:

• Time spent in the Community
• Quality of responses
• Accepted solutions
• Kudos received
• Leadership behaviors

A Super User has a one-year term and each year, a new set of Super Users will be chosen. A Super User can repeat! If you have been a Super User once, you can be a Super User again.
