Each notification is designed to clearly indicate
- Why the notification was sent
- Who created the content
- When the content was created
- What is the content
- How to engage with the content
Let's take a look at an email notification that is sent when a new topic is posted to the Discussions board.
There are several different notifications sent from the Community each day. Our redesign efforts are focused on the more common notification types so you may receive emails with the old style.
We think the new format is easier to read, allows you to find the information you need quickly and provides better viewing on a mobile device. If you agree or have suggestions for improvements, leave a comment below!
