The JSL (attached, below) for this is deceptively simple. It took me a long time to understand how the recursion happens. It generates a million points--give it a minute or so.

If you are trying to understand the recursion, set the right-click->graph->marker-drawing-mode to fast, clear the row-states, and select the first row in the data table. A single bright point will be at 0,0 at the bottom of the stem. As you select subsequent rows, you can watch the "F" column to see what transform is about to happen.
