Somaieh Mohammadi completed her PhD in chemical engineering at Newcastle University and her master’s in computer science/data analytics at the University of York. She has one year of post-doctoral research experience working in the Newcastle Process Intensification group. She joined Fujifilm in 2015 as a Process Statistician in Process Design and was a part of Data Science until 2022. Somaieh joined GSK in November 2022 as Data Science and Analytics Manager, developing and applying data science and analytics solutions to support the global supply chain. In September 2023, she moved to the role of Digital Tech Transfer Lead, supporting digital transformation, as well as product and process control, for global manufacturing, science, and technology.
