Daniel Tsang is a Staff Scientist in R&D at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), where he combines a passion for data with a drive for innovation in qPCR and NGS product development. His work uses data visualization, statistical analysis, and design of experiments (DOE) to ensure robust and reliable product design. Although it took a second introduction for JMP’s full potential to click, he became a devoted user and advocate, now with more than 13 years of experience. Tsang leads IDT’s JMP Users Group and enjoys mentoring new users. Lately, he has been diving into JSL scripting to boost analysis efficiency and explore new ways to model data – always looking for smarter ways to turn numbers into insights. Outside of work, he is a coffee aficionado and has developed a refined process for making the perfect cortado at home.
