Dr Zoë Jewell, Adjunct Associate Professor at Duke University, co-founded WildTrack in 2011 to deliver novel cost-effective and sustainable wildlife monitoring tools. A veterinarian turned conservation biologist, her research interests include sustainable wildlife monitoring, the improvement of ethics in wildlife research, and the translation of traditional ecological knowledge for science.
