Sam Appleyard works as data scientist in the Process Characterisation team for Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies. He uses JMP on a daily basis for design of experiments, comparison of small scale models, and statistical analysis. He is also passionate about scripting and using JSL to create programs that can automate labour-intensive tasks. Sam studied chemistry at Newcastle University and graduated with a BSc. He also holds an MSc in Analytical Chemistry from Teesside University.
