Michelle Ricci is an Associate Director and CMC statistician at Vaxcyte whose career has been dedicated to advancing the use of analytics across scientific organizations. With more than 15 years of experience in vaccines, biologics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, she helps teams apply statistical thinking to real-world challenges in development, manufacturing, quality, and lifecycle management. Ricci believes that good analytics should be accessible to everyone, not just statisticians, and is passionate about enabling others through the use of JMP automation, education, and practical analytical solutions to make complex statistical methods approachable and impactful.
