David Fenn is an Associate Fellow at PPG Industries with over 37 years in polymer chemistry and coatings research. He holds a BSc and Ph.D. from the University of Birmingham. Fenn has driven development of innovative coatings platforms, including the first UV-cured automotive repair primer and Ambient Reactive Extrusion printing, which earned an R&D 100 Award in 2018. His contributions have resulted in more than 50 granted U.S. patents.
