David Fenn is an Associate Fellow at PPG Industries with 37 years of coatings research experience. After completing his Ph.D. at the University of Birmingham, he began his career at ICI Paints in the UK. He has been instrumental to the development of several innovative technology platforms, including high solids and waterborne coatings, the first UV-cured primer for automotive repair and reactive extrusion additive manufacturing. He is an inventor on 53 granted patent families.
